It was only recently that the actress celebrated her baby shower with her friends and family members. Today, November 6, Alia was admitted to the Sir HN Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre in Mumbai for her delivery. The actress gave birth to a healthy baby girl.
Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor welcomed their first child, a baby daughter today (November 6,2022). She shared a post on her Instagram handle announcing the birth of her daughter and wrote, "And in the best news of our lives: - Our baby is here...and what a magical girl she is. We are officially bursting with love - blessed and obsessed Parents!!! love love love Alia and Ranbir." Soon after she shared the post, their industry friends flooded the comment section. Deepika Padukone and Katrina Kaif, who share a close bond with Alia despite being ex-girlfriends of Ranbir, commented, "Congratulations". Anushka Sharma, re-shared the post on her Instagram stories and wrote, "Hugest congratulations to the parents and lots of love and blessings to the baby girl," followed by a heart emoticon.

The actress was spotted at the Ambani Hospital at Girgaon, Mumbai, at 7.30 am today. The couple got married at their home, Vastu, in Bandra. It was an intimate wedding with only their friends and family in attendance. On the work front, they were recently seen in Brahmastra.
